Owners Adam Diskin and Todd Evans had a vision to bring their passion for true craft cider to the Middle Tennessee market. As proven veterans of the hotel, real estate and start-up industries, the two embarked on their journey six years ago to bring Diskin Cider to fruition. Their collective backgrounds, compiled with intensive training from world renowned hard cider expert Peter Mitchell, makes them the perfect duo to fully realize a life-long dream in establishing Diskin Cider right in the heart of Nashville.
