Our Story

Diskin Cider is bringing true craft cider to Tennessee and the South.  Bridging the gap between wine and beer, our fresh, flavorful, small-batch ciders break the mold of overly sweet cider with the natural flavor of fresh pressed apples.

Creating branch-to-can fresh and dangerously good hard cider for our guests to enjoy within a festive and unique space is what drives us every single day. 

Cider is an experience.  Cider is sharing the good times with family and friends while enjoying great food and music and fun.  Cider is also about having a place and people and an environment of support during the not-so-good times.  We at Diskin Cider understand that we are much more than finely crafted apples, and can’t wait to share the full experience with you.

What makes Diskin Cider the natural choice for Nashville and the South? We're LOCAL - made right here by certified cider makers. It's FRESH  - we only use fresh pressed apple juice. We're REAL - featuring true, innovative and traditional southern flavors. We're UNIQUE - we make flavors for every palate, ciders that pair with everything.

Naturally gluten-free and made from a custom blend of fresh pressed apples, Diskin Cider’s innovative and traditional products are handcrafted with only real ingredients - no foreign concentrated juices, flavorings or colorings. While more complicated, this commitment to freshness and quality successfully distinguishes us from the mass market cider found in stores, restaurants and bars today.

The Founders

Owners Adam Diskin and Todd Evans had a vision to bring their expertise and passion for true craft cider to Middle Tennessee and the South. As proven veterans of the hotel, real estate and start-up industries, the two embarked on their journey six years ago to bring Diskin Cider to fruition. Their collective backgrounds, compiled with intensive training from world renowned hard cider expert Peter Mitchell, makes them the perfect duo to fully realize a life-long dream in establishing Diskin Cider right in the heart of Nashville.
