Our Story:

Co-founders Adam Diskin and Todd Evans studied under an English Cider Master to learn how to make cider the way it’s been made for centuries. This fueled their fire to share what authentic cider tastes like with the Nashville community. Utilizing the traditional way of crafting cider solely using fresh-pressed apples to break the mold of overly sweet cider, they then began their journey to build Nashville’s first and only craft cidery.

Part of this tradition of enjoying cider is how friends and family would gather together and drink cider in their neighbor’s barns while looking up at the stars. If you’re ever able to come to our cidery, you’ll find that our architecture has wooden planks in the ceiling and hanging pendant lights, which were purposefully made to emulate the barn tradition in hopes that each one of you feels at home in our space.

Come visit us at the cidery and try some fresh cider!
