What makes Diskin Cider the natural choice for Nashville and the South? We’re local - made right here by Certified Cider Makers. It’s fresh - we only use fresh-pressed apple juice. We’re traditional (and rebellious) - featuring true, innovative, and classic southern flavors. We’re unique - we make flavors for every palate, ciders that pair with everything. We’re real - only fresh-pressed juice, nothing artificial, gluten-free. While more complicated, this commitment to freshness and quality successfully distinguishes us from the mass market and other regional ciders found in stores, restaurants, and bars today.

Traditional Dry English | 6.9% ABV
Cider originated in England and was brought to America by our forefathers, the English colonists. We learned to make cider from one of the English masters. To honor this history, we wanted to make sure you could enjoy the same feeling of meeting friends at the pub for a pint. Bob's Your Uncle begins with brilliant apple aromas and flavors that gently transition to a traditional tannic dry finish. You very well may fancy another. Cheers!

Resolution
Bourbon Tart Cherry | 5.8% ABV

Enjoy the subtle aroma and notes of caramel and oak traditionally found in real Kentucky bourbon. These give way to the delicious taste of fresh tart cherry juice. Our Bourbon Tart Cherry cider lends itself towards a more tart and slightly sour flavor profile that is prevalent in many sour beers that are popular today. The deep and bold reddish tonality of this cider further hints at the abundant antioxidant properties found in real tart cherries and perfectly compliments summer send-off festivities. As always, Bourbon Tart Cherry is barrel-aged fresh-pressed apple juice and cherry juice with no added sugars or flavorings.

This summer-only cider is perfectly balanced with fresh-pressed apple juice and will leave you lustfully longing for your next sip. In honor of pride, we donate a portion of proceeds from Daydream to the Nashville LGBTQ chamber.

This unique spring seasonal is proudly handcrafted with fresh-pressed apple juice plus real blackberry juice, Tahitian vanilla beans, and port - no added sugars or flavorings. Local AF was made to celebrate the grand opening of Nashville's first and only craft cidery. This cider is delicious on its own, poured over ice or splashed over your favorite spirit.

Limoncello Lemonade | 5.5% ABV

The traditional method of creating limoncello combined with the refreshing flavor of old-fashioned lemonade on a warm summer day. What? Yes, we took pontoon boats and Tuscan sunsets and married them to the perfect morning West Coast surf break. We then blended all that love into this can. Jo Loco combines the tang of fresh-squeezed lemons, the zest of lemon peels, and the natural sweetness from fresh-pressed apples to create the perfect summer must-have. Light, refreshing, and perfect wherever your boardwalk or Rivera is. Bellisimo!

WeHo is an homage to all things we hold dear - our maker’s neighborhood of Wedgewood Houston in Nashville; and hops, lots of hops. WeHo is semi-dry and dry-hopped with a heavy-handed dose of our hop blend that evokes a luscious green aroma and flavors of tropical and citrus fruit. If you’re nice to Sean (our former Cider Maker Extraordinaire) he may even share our blend with you.

Named after our very own hot mess, our OG sales manager, Hot Mess Express takes you to your happy place without any stops, but with plenty of questionable decisions. The exotic tang of passionfruit is accentuated by the full-bodied spice of fresh habanero peppers, with just enough kick to ensure you end up on the dance floor. Add in that it’s our first imperial cider and the triple threat is complete. Jump on the express, hold on, and enjoy with caution!
