A Seattle native and Washington State University alum, Christine brings 15 years of experience in hospitality operations, team leadership, customer experience, and business growth. She spent 10 years as a restaurant General Manager before leading West Region operations for CloudKitchens, where she gained additional experience scaling teams, systems, and day-to-day operations across multiple markets. She now oversees daily operations and supports Diskin’s continued growth in Tennessee and expansion into the Pacific Northwest. Outside of work, she loves to cook and enjoys being outdoors during Seattle’s beautiful summers.

Troy Brown
Director of Production
Troy has spent over 30 years engineering and managing production across a wide variety of industries. A mechanical engineer by trade, he leads cross-functional teams through every stage of product development, from concept and design to prototyping and full-scale production. He brings deep expertise in program management, international supply chains, and global logistics to our team. At Diskin, Troy is the driving force behind production, focusing on quality, consistency, and operational efficiency, making sure there’s always a cold Diskin in hand. When Troy isn’t overseeing cider production, you can find him sailing in Puget Sound, snowboarding at Mt. Baker, or lurking at your local golf course.

Ryan Hopkins
Director of Sales
Ryan brings more than 35 years of experience in sales, operations, restaurant/bar management, and entrepreneurship. A graduate of Washington State University with a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and a minor in Business Administration, he has successfully owned and operated multiple wholesale and retail businesses including the very first microbrewery in Spokane Washington. Ryan is passionate about growing brands through strategic partnerships, innovative sales initiatives, and exceptional customer service. His extensive experience in the hospitality and beverage industries provides valuable insight into the needs of both on-and off premise beverage customers and partners throughout Tennessee. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys live sporting events, off-road adventures, pool parties, and steak dinners.

Nathan Achilles
Marketing Manager
Nathan Achilles brings the Diskin Cider brand to life through creative storytelling and community-driven marketing. A 2023 graduate of Belmont University with a degree in Music Business, Nathan has led marketing efforts for iconic Nashville brands like The Bluebird Cafe, as well as several recording artists. When he’s not creating content, you can find him thrifting, making music of his own, or enjoying a Diskin Cider.
